玄宇太極功――來自神佛境界的無上功法
Xuan Yu Taiji Gong - The Supreme Form of Taiji from Buddha Realms
此功法可同步化育人體重要的三股能量精、氣、神，以内氣功法為
主，分「天」、「地」、「人」三階，將宇宙光明聖能導入每個靈性細
胞中，凝聚成丹，除可帶動身體筋絡骨骼的保養外，更可強化生命能量
及磁場，而形成自身防護罩，不受外界干擾。進階後可練就大佛手為
他人調整氣場；簡單來說,這不僅是健體的功法，更是促進靈魂進化的
絕世功法。
Xuan Yu Taiji simultaneously cultivates the three vital energies: essence, qi, and spirit. This internal qigong operates on the three levels of “heaven,” “earth,” and “human.” It channels universal holy energy into every spiritual cell, condensing into “dantians” (qi centers).
Practicing Taiji Gong helps maintain the health of bones, tendons, and muscles. Further than that, it also strengthens the life force and energy field by forming a protective energy shield around the body to fend off outside disturbances. After reaching a certain level of practice, one can proceed to learn the Great Buddha Hand to help others adjust their Qi circulation. In short, besides improving body health, it also promotes the evolution of mind and spirit.

佛光、體運宇宙大道，進而天人合一，乃此生最大的意義！
Maitreya Yiguandao regards the development and evolution of one’s divinity as the ultimate goal of spiritual practice. In the Maitreya Yiguandao center, we pay great attention to the spiritual realization of each member. Through the guidance of their own Yuanshen (Primordial Essence), soul, and Fashen (Divine Presence), we help them understand the soul and spiritual worlds, develop their potential and create a better future. Once they have progressed above a required stage, they are qualified to enter into the Four Stage Sacred Path. Their Fashen (Divine Presence), now able to pass through spacetimes, then connects with Buddha lights and perceives the greatness of the Heavenly Universe. In this way, the body, mind, and spirit become unified, which is the ultimate meaning of life.
